How Chapters Work
Citizens Auxiliary Patrol works a bit like a family of congregations. Our headquarters sets the mission, the standards, the training curriculum and the brand. Each local chapter is led by local volunteers, raises its own local support, and shares in a common way of serving. Some of the best chapters start with three people around a kitchen table and grow from there as neighbors step in. Headquarters backs every chapter with training, tools and guidance so that you can focus on your neighbors.
Chapters are independent community volunteer groups and do not have law enforcement authority.
All chapter roles are volunteer positions. Approved, receipted expenses are reimbursed.
